Plan Your Night

Here’s some information on how to get to the theatre, where to park, and what to expect on the night. All performances of Indian Arm take place at Studio 16, 1555 West 7th Avenue, Vancouver (West 7th between Granville and Fir).

Evening Performances

Evening performances start at 8:00 pm sharp. The box office opens at 7:15 pm and the theatre opens at 7:30.

Matinees

Saturday and Sunday matinees start at 2:00 pm. The box office opens at 1:15 pm and the theatre opens at 1:30.

For the Wednesday matinee (April 15th), the performance begins at 1:00 pm. The box office opens at 12:15 pm and the theatre doors open at 12:30 pm.

Ticket Exchanges

Ticket purchasers may exchange their tickets for another performance with 48 hours notice, subject to availability.

Exchanges cannot be granted if your ticketed performance has already passed.

Getting There

Studio 16 is located near the 4, 9, 10, 14, 16, 50, and 99 bus routes. Please visit Translink to plan your trip.

The theatre is located near the Cypress bike route on West 7th and is very near the seawall. There is bicycle parking at the venue and further bike parking nearby. Please visit the City of Vancouver website for cycling maps to help you plan your trip.

When driving to the theatre, please leave ample time to find parking. Studio 16 is very close to Granville Island so parking can be tricky for weekend matinees (particularly on sunny days). Parking at the venue is metered street parking. There is paid underground parking located at 1700 West Broadway.

What to Expect at the Theatre

Can I buy tickets in person?
Yes. The box office will open 45 minutes before each show for day-of ticket sales.

How Long is the Show?
Indian Arm runs just under two hours including a fifteen minute intermission.

Do you have wheelchair seating?
Yes. Wheelchair and companion seating and space for assistance animals can be arranged by calling our office at 604.662.3395.

Where to I pick up the tickets I’ve reserved?
You can collect your pre-booked tickets at the venue using photo ID, or your booking confirmation number forty-five minutes before your ticketed performance.

What should I wear?
Vancouver theatre-goers are a pretty casual bunch. There is no dress code to attend performances.

What if I’m late to a performance?
Studio 16 is a very intimate venue and unfortunately admitting latecomers could be very disruptive to other patrons. We will not be admitting latecomers to Indian Arm.

Can I get a drink or a snack at the show?
There will be a cash bar open before the show and at intermission.
